We're back with another great recipe from our friend Ked. He added a healthy twist to a classic dish. Check it out!
Ingredients Buffalo Wings:
- 2 pounds chicken wing drums and flats
- Seasoning of choice
- Olive oil
- Cooking Spray
- Buffalo Sauce of Choice
- Pat the wings dry.
- Toss wings in a little olive oil and season generously with seasoning of choice.
- Place wings spaced out in the air fryer basket.
- Cook on 400 for ten minutes and flip the wings and cook for another ten minutes or until the wings are crispy and golden brown.
- Immediately toss wings in buffalo sauce and pair with blue cheese or ranch dressing.
Ingredients Parmesan Zucchini Fries:
- 2 medium zucchini
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- Seasoning of choice
- Cooking Spray
- Cut the zucchini in half and then into sticks for the fries.
- In a bowl mix and combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and seasonings.
- Beat the egg and dredge zucchini and then bread crumb mix.
- Place on baking sheet, spray generously with cooking spray.
- Place in the air fryer for ten minutes on 400 or until crispy.
Creamy Chipotle Dipping Sauce
- 1/2 cup of Mayo
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 2 teaspoons of lime juice
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon chipotle powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- Pinch of salt
- Whisk ingredients in a bowl to combine. Enjoy!
