Shipping Policy
Order Processing and Delivery
We strive to get your orders to you swiftly. Orders placed before noon (EST) are shipped out the same day, while those placed after noon will be processed and dispatched the next business day. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated once your order has been shipped.
Once your package ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
For orders delivered within the Continental U.S., we ask that you allow 5-15 business days for delivery, which does not include weekends or holidays, for tracking updates & delivery. Shipments to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories may experience longer shipping times.
Order Changes
Once an order has been submitted into our system, we cannot cancel, edit, or make any changes to the order, the items in the order, or the shipping/billing addresses. Please double-check the items in your cart and verify the accuracy of your billing and shipping information before confirming your order. We do not refund or replace orders that have been shipped to an incorrect or invalid address.

Pricing and Taxes
All prices listed on our site are in U.S. dollars and are applicable only within the United States. Shipping, handling, and applicable taxes will be added to your total invoice. You are responsible for any associated shipping and handling charges, as well as state and local sales taxes.
Orders to Canada
Please note that orders to Canada are not eligible for free shipping. Shipping charges are determined based on package weight, destination, and documentation costs. Customers are responsible for any VAT, taxes, tariffs, or duties imposed by local customs offices. Please note that per our return policy, orders shipped to Canada do not qualify for a return/refund.
Title and Risk of Loss
Upon delivery of products to the common carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the buyer. It is essential to provide accurate shipping information to ensure successful delivery. Failure to do so may result in additional shipping fees or charges.
Lost Packages
In the rare event that your package doesn't reach you by 15 business days after you place your order, please contact us with your Order Number (#12345). We'll promptly investigate and, if necessary, issue a replacement or refund. Please note that claims made 30 days after the order date may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
